performance at all levels of your organization.

Performance Management of organizational strategy, align actions with that
strategy, and allows your users to track KPIs, assign goals, and collaborate
and share knowledge.

and reports for more detail about what the dashboard shows you.

2. Understand business drivers
3. Align action with strategy
KPI & Performance Reporting
KPI Tabs are a unique dashboard tab which present Reports to the user in the
form of KPI metrics. These assist an organization to understand its goals
and objectives – essentially, the direction in which they want the
enterprise to progress. To help with this analysis key performance indicators
(KPIs) are laid down to assess the present state of the business.
The KPI tab differs from a standard dashboard tab in that Reports are run as a
regular task against predefined targets – the results include:
2. Trend of the report over time
3. Actual versus target and variance
4. And the last relevant time period
The Yellowfin Dashboard supports your business through:
-
Personalization: To be effective dashboards need to be personalized for every individual, not just a business unit. This increases employee accountability as they take ownership of their performance through improved visibility.
-
Deliver at-a-glance information: Rather than sifting through
many reports, dashboards let people see immediately how the company, business
unit or individual is performing in its critical areas.
-
Communicate strategy effectively: Support your business
strategy by expressing important information, key drivers, performance
expectations, and the results - to make strategy relevant to everyone.
-
Monitor performance against targets: Track critical
performance measures in real time. Take action or make decisions based on
these metrics.
-
Support Collaboration: Corporate performance metrics are
interdependent and make visible the impact one department has on another,
leading to proactive cooperation among different areas.
