Event Log in iGTS records and reports current and historical events of all claims cases. It has a set of pre-defined activities that will trigger log files for tracking purposes. In addition to better monitoring claims workflow, the auto-generated Event Log serves to diagnose and act as a basis to resolve upcoming problems and provide transparency within the claims process.  Activities in relation to any particular claim can be referred to at a later stage.
