REMINDER : Credit Reload/Top-Up Fees Payment for iGTS System

Dear Valued Panel Repairers/Workshops Users,

Please be informed that we will process only credit reload/top-up fees for iGTS System which are made payable/credited to MSCL HOLDINGS SDN BHD as follows:-
Banker Name : Public Bank Berhad
Current Account : 3-109811319
Bank-In Slip Fax No : 03-8600 2080
Despite numerous reminders, we found some repairers still making payment for credit reload/top-up fees into the old PAC Total Solutions Sdn Bhd (PTSSB) account.

Therefore, for those repairers/workshops which wrongly reload/top-up the system fees into the old PAC Total Solutions Sdn Bhd (PTTSB account, you are advised to seek refund directly from PTTSB accordingly.

Hence, please ensure all credit reload/top-up fee payments for iGTS System are to be made payable/credited only to MSCL HOLDINGS SDN BHD account as mentioned above.

Trust the above are in order.

Dear All Panel Repairers /iGTS users,

Please be informed there is no change to the iGTS claims submission process.

W.e.f 1st April, all Panel Repairers are to submit their claims via iGTS like they normally did.

To All TISB Panel Repairer,

With immediate effect, all panel repairer of TISB is required to upload the Photographs of Scene of Accident into IGTS and Uniclaims system without fail. Failure may cause delay in claim processing.
