IMPORTANT NOTICE – iGTS System Switchover/Migration to New UniClaims Estimating

  Dear Valued iGTS Users,

We would like to thank all iGTS users that have completed the switchover/migration exercise to our new UniClaims system for their kind cooperation and valued support.

As announced earlier, with effect from 15th August 2012, ALL iGTS users shall be using the new UniClaims system to create/submit all their new cases.

However you may still access the iGTS system to view/process any outstanding cases accordingly.

IKHLAS APPROVED REPAIRER (IAR)

NAWAM LAUNCHES TAKAFUL IKHLAS APPROVED REPAIRER(IAR) PANEL REVIEW FOR YEAR 2012 VIA NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATION MALAYSIA (NAWAM) WEB PORTAL

NAWAM has introduced a new initiative to one of the market leaders in Takaful industry, Takaful Ikhlas Sdn. Bhd. (Takaful IKHLAS). This collaboration aims to enhance their service standards to better serve the customers and ensure a more efficient and effective way in monitoring IKHLAS Panel Approved Repairers.
In collaboration with NAWAM, Takaful IKHLAS will be accessing its panel workshop profiles via NAWAM web portal. NAWAM is firmly confident that such an assessment audit will upgrade the standards of all Takaful IKHLAS Repairers and to attain more competitive and professional levels in the coming future.
NAWAM will regularly introduce more value add features that meets the changing trends to benefit Takaful IKHLAS customers and to assist Takaful IKHLAS’s objective of continuously improving their market representation.

REMINDER : Credit Reload/Top-Up Fees Payment for iGTS System

Dear Valued Panel Repairers/Workshops Users,

Please be informed that we will process only credit reload/top-up fees for iGTS System which are made payable/credited to MSCL HOLDINGS SDN BHD as follows:-

Bank-In Slip Fax No : 03-8600 2080

Despite numerous reminders, we found some repairers still making payment for credit reload/top-up fees into the old PAC Total Solutions Sdn Bhd (PTSSB) account.

Therefore, for those repairers/workshops which wrongly reload/top-up the system fees into the old PAC Total Solutions Sdn Bhd (PTTSB account, you are advised to seek refund directly from PTTSB accordingly.

Hence, please ensure all credit reload/top-up fee payments for iGTS System are to be made payable/credited only to MSCL HOLDINGS SDN BHD account as mentioned above.
