In 2007, Ford Motor Company officially endorsed the BodyNet workshop management system as the only recommended Bodyshop management system to their accident repair network. Many of the Ford network of repairers are using BodyNet to help improve Bodyshop performance, and Ford are using the BodyNet KPI data collection system to collect monthly statistics.

Daily repair process updates are managed through RepairTracker, resulting in a reduced requirement for actual Bodyshop contact. This not only reduces costs for the client, but also saves the repairer time in having to deal with multiple telephone calls with Helphire staff. |
